In its third year of existence, Oasis has become the second largest sexist advertising agency in the world, according to a new study by a nonprofit advocacy group.
Its clients include several prominent women’s magazines.
In the past, Orexima had been the biggest agency in Japan, with offices in Tokyo, Tokyo, Osaka, Osaka and Kobe.
But now, as the world’s largest advertising agency, Oexima has become a target for sexism in the workplace.
One of the most notable women in the industry, a former editor-in-chief at the influential fashion magazine Vogue, told The Washington Post that she has been asked to resign and asked to be reassigned from her job.
Oeximas female clients include fashion designer Cara Delevingne, fashion blogger Cara de la Peña, singer-songwriter Christina Aguilera, singer Katy Perry, actor and model Ryan Gosling, and the actor and comedian Rosie O’Donnell, who also is a client.
The firm has faced a wave of backlash from women who say it discriminates against women by not hiring or promoting them based on their gender.
“It’s just like, oh, that’s why you don’t want me to be here?,” Oeximus said in an interview with The Post.
“I have to explain to them why they’re not interested.”
Oeximes top-tier clients include former President Jimmy Carter, singer Tina Turner, actor Kate Hudson, and actor Sean Penn.
The top-rated ad agency for women, OExima, has been praised for its dedication to female representation in the advertising world.
The nonprofit Women’s Media Center (WMCC), which runs the Oeximum website, says Oeximal has been awarded the 2015 World Women’s Agency Award, the top female agency award in the United States.
OEximas chief creative officer, Lizzie Boggs, told WMCC that Oexims top female clients are often women of color, people of color and LGBT women.
“We work with people of all genders, ages, racial and ethnic backgrounds, as well as in diverse communities.
We also have a diversity of experiences, experiences of different backgrounds, and perspectives,” she said.
“When you see the diverse diversity that we have in the field, the fact that women are doing well, and women who are women are being successful, that speaks volumes about the world that we live in.”
For its part, OEXIMA is a strong supporter of the rights of transgender people.
“Women’s rights are human rights.
Women are people and we are human beings,” said Boggdys Oeximenas director of diversity, talent and inclusion.
OEXMAs staff is made up of people who are diverse in their backgrounds, experience, and gender.
They include people who have worked in the past at major media outlets, including The New York Times, CBS News, ABC News, NBC News, and ESPN, and others.
Oreximus also has a large international client base, which includes several big brands like the Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft, and Nike.
In 2015, the company earned more than $1.4 billion in revenue, according the nonprofit organization the Women’s Business Group.
A spokesperson for OEXOMas told The Post that the company is working to address discrimination against women and has hired several new female executives.
“Oexima is a leading agency for the creative industries,” she told The Times.
“Our work with the women and people of Color is important and important to us and we want to continue to support the work of our teams, both in the design and the creative fields, as we move forward in the coming years.”
OEXimas top female clientele include Cara De La Peña and Kate Hudson.
According to WMCC, OXFAM is the worlds largest women’s advertising agency with more than 1,500 employees.
OXM has faced backlash over the past two years for its representation of black women in its advertising.
In December, a lawsuit was filed by Black Women’s Action Network against Oeximo and Oexumas CEO, Lila C. Deutsch.
Deiberts lawsuit alleges that the agency has a “systemic and systemic disregard for and failure to enforce gender equity” and that the organization does not hire women.
The complaint was also filed by an independent contractor who claims she was hired as a consultant for Oexam.
Oximum has been sued several times by Black women for representation.
The most recent lawsuit was brought by a woman who alleges she was fired after she was refused a position at the agency because she was white.
“As a Black woman, I was told that the hiring was because I was a ‘white person,'” she wrote in the complaint.
