When Apple’s ads go viral, a lot of the world loses a lot

The world’s biggest ad network is launching a $5 million ad campaign for food advertising.

Recode is publishing the campaign on Tuesday, and it will feature 30 brands including Chipotle, Trader Joe’s, and Subway, among others.

Recodes report on the campaign comes just one day after the US government said it was launching a crackdown on counterfeit food.

According to the announcement, counterfeit food and beverages are illegal under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

It’s not clear if the crackdown includes food or beverages, though. 

The US government is not the first country to target counterfeit food products.

China has already fined a food company for distributing fake products in the past.

Earlier this year, the UK launched an investigation into a British restaurant chain for distributing food that looked like real food, with the US Department of Justice announcing a crackdown against food that looks like fake food.
