Posted November 13, 2018 08:16:52 When you’re shopping on Facebook, you might notice that your ads don’t appear on your profile page.
If this is the case, you’re probably doing something wrong.
If you’re using a different mobile or desktop browser, your ads may not be visible.
Here’s how to prevent this from happening.1.
Remove any advertising on your account If you haven’t done so yet, remove any Facebook ads from your account and your profile pages.
This will ensure that any ad on your page is displayed.2.
Check your advertising rules If you’ve not done so, check your ad rules.
You might be able to set the ad to be hidden for some ads.3.
Disable your adblocker If you can’t do this, you can use a third-party ad blocker like AdBlock Plus to block ads from appearing in your Facebook ads.4.
Update your Facebook settings To do this and ensure that your account doesn’t get targeted, go to Facebook settings and check the box next to “Remove ads from profile page, profile page posts and pages.”5.
Check for Facebook ads again To ensure that you’re not getting targeted ads, click the “check” icon in the top right of your Facebook page.
If you don’t see the checkbox, you’ll need to check your Facebook advertising policies.
If your policies are different, contact your ad network to get help.
To see what your policies look like, open the Facebook ads settings and click “Manage” in the upper-right corner.6.
Check if you can block Facebook ads in your settings You can find your ads in the “Managing” section of the Facebook settings.
You can also find your “ads” and “unviewed” categories in the dropdown menu.7.
Report an ad You can report an ad by clicking on “Report a Problem” in Facebook settings or by contacting Facebook.
Your report will help us monitor the issue and identify the cause of the problem.8.
View ads againTo make sure that your Facebook account isn’t being targeted, you may need to adjust your ad settings.
Click the “Settings” icon and then the “Ads & privacy” link in the lower-right of your screen.
You may also need to click the blue checkmark next to the “block ads” checkbox.
The next time you click the link, your ad will be blocked.
You’ll be asked to approve it.
Once approved, you should see your ads appear again.
If your ad has been blocked, you must then go back to your account to review your policies again.
To check your policies, go back and then click on the “Edit” button at the top of your page and then “Manages” in your upper-left.
You may also want to review the settings in your privacy settings if you haven.
If the issue is resolved, you need to take a screenshot of your ads to show to Facebook, which will help it identify any issues.
